The Woodson Single Induction Cooktop unit is a commercial cooktop with a high-impact SCHOTT CERAN glass ceramic top. Its large size allows it to accommodate cookware with larger bases, which can transmit more heat to the pan.

  • Clear LED display for power setting, temperature and time
  • Choice of precise power settings from 0 - 10 in single-digit increments or temperature control from 60°C - 240°C
  • Timer control from 1 - 180 minutes
  • Audio alert after timed cooking whereby unit transitions into standby mode to avoid over-cooking of produce
  • Automatic pan detection for instant energy transmission to the pan and almost no energy consumption when the pan is not present
  • Automatic shutdown after 4 minutes of non-use
  • Integral cleanable and replaceable grease filter to ensure cleaner and cooler air intake for optimum reliability
  • Ducted twin integral cooling fans to keep electronics cool during high demand
  • Four-hour automatic power off during continuous use, to prevent overheating of the electrical components
  • Induction Converter Discs are not suitable for use with Woodson induction cookers
