Website

1. How do I register for a new account?
There are two types of accounts you can open with Reward - one trade customers and one for retail customers.

Trade customers will need to provide their business details which will be verified before they can purchase online. To do this, simply fill out your details and click Submit. From here, one of our friendly staff will verify your details and your login details will then be sent to you.

Retail customers need only press the register now button to submit their details and gain access to online shopping.

2. How do I login to my account?
To login to your account simply click the Login button on the top-right of the homepage and follow the prompts.

3. How do I see my cart?
Once you have added items to your cart you can view it by clicking the small shopping cart symbol located at the top-right of your window. From your cart you can update quantities and products, apply promotional codes or simply checkout.

4. What is My Dashboard?
My dashboard gives you access to your account details, letting you update your password, details and preferences with just a few clicks. My Dashboard also gives you access to your order history, favourites and many other exciting features.

Products

1. How do I search for products?
You can search for products a number of ways on the Reward website.  The product search function on the top of the page can be used to search for product codes or descriptions. Simply click the magnifying glass icon, type in your product and hit enter.

You can view our product range, organised into categories by clicking on the Product navigation item.

Whether using the menus or search function you will be lead to product pages. These pages can be displayed in either a Tile or list format, which can be selected to the right of screen. From here you can use the refinement tool at the top of the page to refine these products and find exactly what you’re looking for.

2. Can I create Favourites?
Favourites are a great way to keep track of all your favourite products. You can select favourites by clicking on the star icon when viewing a product page. By clicking on this icon you will now be able to see this product in your favourites list, located in your Dashboard.

3. What are templates?
Templates are available on trade customer accounts, and let you go back and order your favourite products with ease.

4. Can I customise any products?
Certain products, like cups, glassware, coasters, napkins and bags can be customised to feature your branding or print design. For more information visit our Custom Printing section.

5. Do you sell large equipment?
Yes, we have an extensive range of large equipment from walk in refrigeration to oven and warewashing solutions. For larger items, contact our friendly Equipment & Projects Team to find out how Reward can help you.

My Account

1. How do I update my details?
To update your details, simply login to your account and click on the Dashboard link at the top of the page. Here you will be able to change your password and update your details and preferences.

2. I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Login’ at the top of the page and follow the prompts for ‘Forgot Your Password’.

Orders & Delivery

1. How can I see my order history?
You can access your order history via the My Dashboard page. To access this page, simply click the Dashboard link at the top of the web page.

From here you will be able to click into your Order History, where you can review the status of your orders and search through your order history.

2. When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on product and location. Please refer to your invoice for an estimate of your delivery time or call us on 1800 473 927 to track your order.

3. Can I pick up my order from a store?
You can use our click and collection functionality to place orders on our website and collect them instore. Instock products can be collected within 4 business hours!

4. Do you offer Gift Cards?
Gift Cards for Reward Hospitality are available. These can be purchased in store. Please click here for a PDF copy of our Gift Cards Terms and Conditions.

Payment

1. What types of payment do you accept online?
Reward online gives customers the ability to pay via credit card or PayPal.

2. How do I pay for my account?
To pay your invoice, login and go to your Dashboard by clicking the dashboard icon on the top of screen. From here you can click on ‘Pay Account’ and follow the easy prompts to finalise your payment.

2. Where can I find your latest catalogue?
You can find all our latest catalogues online on the Catalogue page. Additionally, hard copies of our bimonthly magazine are sent to each store upon release so be sure to check in and pick up your copy before they run out.

3. What are the RPMS?
